Legal basis

Data is processed based on the legitimate interest of the data controller to respond to requests submitted through the contact form, and for pre-contractual measures when the request relates to a project.

Retention periods

Data is retained for a maximum period of 12 months from the last contact when no contractual relationship is established. In case of collaboration, data may be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Technical processors: Vercel (hosting) and Neon (database).
