The challenge
Move daily website management, editorial production, migration of a substantial document collection and stakeholder coordination forward together.
My role
I administer the website, manage editorial updates and the newsletter. I also coordinate the redesign with the CIJF team, IT department and technical supplier, alongside migrations, archive recovery and ticket tracking.
Coordination
Connect editorial work, data and functional follow-up through shared coordination, with regular progress reviews and verifiable deliverables.
Today
Ongoing assignment in 2026. Final results will be documented after the redesign and migrations.
